Simply add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart while browsing our store. Once you want to proceed with the order - do so by going to the cart and clicking "checkout". Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information and select payment method the for goods - we will ship your package within 5-14 business days.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS AN ORDER Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed for shipping. We do everything we can to get orders fulfilled as soon as possible, and we will notify you when the order is in transit with tracking provided.  

 WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP? We ship our orders domestically and to a select number of International Destinations. Shipping times depend on your location and the carrier, your package should arrive in 5 -14 business days from the time of processing to your door step, tracking provided. International 10-18 business days tracking provided at shipping.

About Price Connection

We have a 30-day return policy for refunds, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund to get your form of payment back.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). 

If an item was purchased on sale and a refund is granted, the refund will given at the original sale price before purchase. If you purchased an item with a gift card you will be given an in store credit to be utilized on something else.

 If Receiving Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know right away of your refund approval. Once Approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take 2 to 3 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

To start an return, click the Return Center link provided here or from our website . When your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
