We will gladly accept exchanges of unworn clothing items with original tags as long as the item is post marked within the 7 days of receiving your order. Again if it is a split package order, the date you receive the final package will be the delivery date. All swimwear, bodysuits, jewelry, and beauty products are final sale.
Please inspect your item and contact us here within 7 DAYS to inform us of an issue. If we are not notified within 7 days of receiving the item, it will no longer qualify for a replacement. You must include a photo of the damage/defect within your communication with us. We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling, or incorrect sizing.
Exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects, and the buyer will pay return shipping if a return to our warehouse is attempted.
How do I start an exchange:

When your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
