We hope you are very satisfied with your order! But just in case you're not 100% satisfied, we've made the return process easy.

 How Long Do I Have To Make A Return?

You have a maximum of 30 days from the date of your purchases fulfillment date to make a return. Your return package must be postmarked within 30 days after the purchase fulfillment date. Returns postmarked after 30 days from the purchase fulfillment date will not be accepted.


Do I Have To Pay For Shipping When I Return Something?

Return Shipping is free on your 1st return package for any order. You must use the return label ("Return Label") we provide then ship the return package postmarked within 30 days from the purchase fulfillment date.

If you have already returned item(s) from an order but would like to make additional returns of item(s) in the same order, you can use the Return Label we provided, and $7.99 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping insurance at first purchase is not refundable.

Please note that any additional returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase fulfillment date.

 What is the Purchase Fulfillment date?

  •  The date your order was packaged up and shipped out.


  • Mother of the bride dresses are final sale and returnable only for instore credit, if you need to return for sizing or color issues we will start another order to correct the problem using the credit, and have the dress express shipped from the factory.
  • Tailoring time for Mother of the bride dresses is 15-20 Days.
  • The measurements provided must be your own and are not the measurements of a standard size as these dresses are all made from mannequin. if you typically wear a certain size you will need to go up one size in these dresses due to customization.
  • Dresses will be made according to the measurements provided – Price Connection will not add any room for comfort. There may be a 1-2cm discrepancy between the actual length and the provided length due to manual craftsmanship.
  • We recommend seeing your local seamstress if you receive the dress and its a little big. We will help you find a seamstress in your local area to help you if necessary.  

     How Do I Make A Return?

    1. To start an return, click the Return Center link provided here or from our website
    2. Go to the Returns Center and simply put in your order number and the email used at purchase.
    3. Then follow the prompt to start a return.
    4. Select the "What You Would Like To Return".
    5. Select the "Reason For The Return" :

    1. Pack your return item(s) securely, in the original package if possible, and securely tape the Return Label on the outside of your return package when you receive it.
    2. Mail out the return package at your nearest USPS (as applicable) location. Your package must be postmarked within 30 days from the purchase fulfillment date.
    3. Please note that no refund shall be settled unless the returned items are correctly shipped according to the respective shipping labels. If there are multiple shipping labels for more than 1 items to be returned, please do not mix them up.

    *The Return Label we provide only works if you are shipping within the US.

    Can I Still Return Items If They Are Worn, Damaged, Or Have The Tags Removed?

    You can only return items that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, have the original tags attached and hygiene sticker (if applicable) intact.


    Human hair wigs are not eligible for return if it's in a condition notably different from when it was shipped. You may not return an item if the lace has been cut, the hairnet has been damaged, there is evidence of washing or bleaching, or if any alterations have been made to the product's length, color, shape, or material.


    Non-Returnable Items: 

    1. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie, underwear, jewelry, accessories, cosmetics, pet products, and any other items for which return or exchange is noted as not being supported.
    2. Free gifts cannot be returned or exchanged.
    3. Shipping insurance is not refundable.

    Important Notice 

    1. Please make sure you do not include any items that were not purchased on the Price Connection Site or the App by accident in your return package. We will not be responsible for sending back those items to you.
    2. If you return an item that does not qualify for a return under the return policy, we reserve the right not to issue a refund and to send the item back to you.
    3. It is a requirement at purchase to put in the correct shipping information at checkout. We reserve the right to not grant a refund due to the customer not putting in the correct shipping information at checkout, thus causing the order to be non deliverable, a refund will only be granted if we receive the item that was ordered back to us from the shipping company as a non deliverable item.  


    1. For products that are returned in accordance with this return Policy, refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 days after we receive your return package. The refund will be issued to the original payment method Unfortunately, due to transportation delays, your refund may require an additional 3-5 days to process. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
    2. The original shipping fee, if any, is non-refundable.
